Orders are usually processed within 5-6 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During sales, festive periods, or high-demand situations, processing times may be slightly delayed.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across most locations in India through trusted courier and logistics partners. For certain remote or restricted locations, delivery availability may vary.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shown in your account under My Orders and shared through WhatsApp, SMS or email where applicable.
6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. The House of Shisha shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete contact details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos/videos of the package, the shipping label and the damaged product(s). Claims raised after the reporting window may not be accepted.
8. Delayed Shipments
While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to courier service disruptions, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes or transportation issues, natural disasters or force majeure events. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
9. Restricted Products & Age Compliance
