Product disclaimer

We sell hookah accessories and related items. Smoking and tobacco consumption are injurious to health. We make no claims about safer smoking alternatives.

Orders

Orders are placed through the website cart and confirmed over WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, verification problems, or suspected fraud.

Returns

Products damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours with photos. Used or opened items are generally not returnable for hygiene reasons.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — logos, images, design and text — belongs to The House of Shisha and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, and we exclude indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law
